Powerful storytelling and a visceral performance, make FOXHOLE STORIES: a must see for this years 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival.
Evocative and captivating, I found myself mesmerized, on the edge of my seat the entire show, this is such an important story to tell, and writers Matthew Domenico and Katherine Duff breathed so much raw authenticity into this piece, it is simply a can't miss experience.
Brock Joseph, as T-Dog might simply be the best acting performance, I have seen at any Hollywood Fringe Show, if there was a category of "Best supporting Actor" I would give it to him, without hesitation.
The standing ovation at the end was well deserved, there wasn't many dry eyes, including mine by the end of the show.

Overall Impression....Outstanding.
Smooth and clever dialogue. Brutal and honest.
If the mind is open and willing to listen one is left with a feeling of understanding. This show I felt was not a time to judge war but to truly listen to a solider, a chance for a solider to be heard. I do hope this production leave audiences with having the utmost respect for those who truly give up everything (mind, body, soul and at times faith and life) to serve an entire country. Thank you to the cast and crew for telling this story and to those within the production who have served this country thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your serve! ...

Twist, Pull, Smoke, Run-Motherfucker- Run is this generations Tracers and may be one of my favorite pieces of theatre.
What starts off as a cute metropolitan take on the ‘soldier-back-home’ narrative is given resonant tension with the addition of a non-verbal military presence sitting in on the scene. Director Chris Game deserves ample applause for building tension throughout the entire piece leading to a climax that reinvigorates the medium.
When the non-verbal marine (played by Brock Joseph) dressed in fatigues awakens the show takes flight. Given Joseph’s performance, the Fringe community really does need to start legitimately thinking about Acting awards for future seasons.
His performance is stunningly beautiful and at times heart...

Domenico and Duff's Foxhole Stories is a brave and powerful exploration of a Veteran's PTSD and its harrowing aftermath. I was viscerally affected and moved to tears by their captivating performances. Domenico and Duff were both excellent, and Brock Joseph brought such gripping realism. It was stunning work, and I felt every word in my bones.

This play evokes a wide range of emotions in the viewer. It is a riveting 80 minutes. The dialogue is well written and entertaining. Most importantly, it gives a voice to thousands of our troops suffering silently from PTSD. Matthew Domenico's debut as a playwright is impressive. Kudos to Katherine Duff, Matthew Domenico, and Brock Joseph for well-acted and well received performances. I am sure our night was not the only one that received a standing ovation. ...

This is an outstanding play. It was co-written by a veteran and acted by two vets. The play will make you laugh, fear, and cry. It taught me so much about PTSD. Katherine, Matthew, and Brock have amazing chemistry on stage. Everyone over about 16 years of age should see this play! This play needs to be produced in the future for many more to see!...
