You will learn basic fight skills for the stage in this 2 hour workshop focusing on unarmed combat. From how to throw a proper punch to the best way to take a contact kick. Learn how to keep yourself and your partner safe, while learning the language and techniques used for safe, dynamic and compelling stage violence.
