A very fun ride through Jacobs’ funny, bare, and sometimes warmly sentimental look at his own struggles with depression and insecurity as he transitions into his mid-30s fear that he may spend the rest of his life alone. Jacobs’ energy and comedic presence carry the piece through characters and scenes he plays out in his search for where things went wrong, and recognition of the few times that things were right. Especially fun are the moments when he’s analyzing his Facebook feed. Strong use of multi-media. Great direction keeps things moving. ... full review

This was a fantastic and very relatable performance about he struggles we face with our own inner critic and psychological demons. Jon takes the audience on a journey of transformation and shows his struggles in a very real, vulnerable, but also comedic way. The best comedy is found in truth. I loved the show! Jon was captivating and commanded the stage as he told his story of his internal struggles. His use of humor to break down the stigma around the experience of depression was artful and theatrical. It was so entertaining and had me completely engaged through the entire show.
