I’m very impressed with what this ensemble has pulled off. This is just so much fun. There’s a reason this show’s selling out and that reason is fairly won. Particularly for geeks like me COMIC-CON THE MUSICAL offers a loving and breezy reminder of why being a nerd is a fine thing. (much longer review with the link!)...

Completely entertaining and energetic look at the people and culture of Comic Con. The show managed to be both a loving homage, and a clever send-up, while always feeling grounded in something organic. Delightful show! ...

Fun show with non-stop zingers and references - and great music. Well directed to begin with, the songs are brought to life by a talented cast - that is actually well cast. But the stars of the show are the characters and their stories. Each of them a different tale of passionate fandom.

Exceptional. Comic-Con the Musical captures the excitement of Comic-Con for those who are familiar with the annual event yet stands by itself for those who aren't. The song "I Have Always Been a Douchebag" had me laughing out loud. The choreography in "Original" was delightful. But above all, the song "Hashtag" reminded me of every millennial experience I have ever had. An incredibly impressive and relatable musical. ...

What a fun and funny show! I have never been to fringe theater before and my briefing on the style of theater led me to believe that this would be much smaller! Comic-Con The Musical is funny, sweet, wacky, heart-warming, and ambitious. I loved it and will be on the look out for more fringe theater events in the future!...
