This show is funny, clever, positive and sincere. It takes on Hollywood stereotypes and kicks them right between the goalposts. The writing is excellent, and Theresa is simultaneously fearless and charming. No small feat. Bravo!
What I didn't like
Some of the lights were out of their focus position. But I blame that on the discourteous shows that were in before this one. Bad form, earlier shows!
My overall impression
This is the first show in a long time where I flew to my feet immediately upon it ending to give it a well-deserved standing ovation. “Fuck it” is my new personal anthem, and it will be yours too, once you hear it.
They have it all: cash, charm, and connections. Playing by different rules. So when a boy is found dead and two more stand to hang, justice is under the microscope and we have to ask: how did we get here, where are we going and do we have a choice?
