One word: WOW!!! This was an amazing, dramatic production that captivated the essence of the Vietnam War and its wide-spreading impact. This production was funny, dramatic, and emotional. I've seen many productions in Hollywood and abroad and this ranks toward the top. The actors were very well versed, emotionally charged, and magnificent. Yes, this is a MUST SEE show! Besides the range of emotions you experience throughout the show, what really moves you is the message it brings. Real people, real war. I have seen this show twice now, (one preview and tonight for opening) and and it delivers on all levels. The cast do such an excellent job of portraying this incredible story and deliver performances that really capture all the good and all the bad that happens during war. Being able to laugh and cry all in one evening and leave the theatre feeling a change in myself is a rarity and a gift. Do yourself a favor and see this show!... full review

If You want literal and metaphorical BANG for your buck, this is the show to see. You walk in and you are immediately transported to the jungles of Vietnam. The set is gorgeous and you can just see all the attention to detail that went into the everything from the surroundings to props. The lighting sets every mood and gives you the essence of heaven and hell and everything between, you'll wish you were able to take a picture to hang on your wall. Yes that's how beautiful it is. However all of this would lie dormant and its beauty never realized had it not have been for the actors all of which hold their own in the more intimate solo portions of the show but together feed off of the amazing energy and brotherhood of each other.
