A fantastic look into the mind of Kozak. Aaron Kozak, playwright, director, and probably a bunch of other titles, but those two are most prominent in this case. The show is a cool spectrum of the different kinds of pieces Kozak has written over the years, over the years is an assumption. What I loved, the writing would set up the familiar and then somewhere flip the script to make the familiar strange, in a good way. :) This show is a great way to get to know the mind of the playwright while being entertained at the same time. Clever dialog. ... full review

Excellent work all around. Fun scenes, excellently executed, and well directed. I had feelings about the relationship of a pumpkin and a penguin. I never thought I'd type that sentence.... full review

Director/Writer Aaron Kozak presents several original one act scripts. He's assembled an all star cast that take the audience on a laugh filled journey through the course of the show. Stand out performances by Eric Cire and Travis Joe Dixon are highlights of the show!... full review

Worth your time. Short Plays for All Your Problems twists life around for fun and clever insight. Some shorts take a behind the scene look at the human psyche for a knowing smile and others just make you laugh out loud. Excellent writing and solid performances.... full review

This was an interesting collection of skits/ short plays. It had lots of adult language so not for kids. The Title really has nothing to do with the content so it could have been called "Short Plays to Conquer Communism" and it would have been just as appropriate. The show consisted of 9 skits. Some I felt that it might have sounded like a good idea while discussing at a party but failed to make an impact. A few dealt with real life situations. The most impactful was the last skit (Penguin and the Pumpkin) but I would have not had that the last one. My favorite was the most realistic "The First Awkward Silence" followed closely by "Motivating the Mime" mostly because of the performances. Perhaps the one skit that ended up not making sense ... full review

Go get you some Kozak. It's a wonderful showcase of the richness and versatility both of Aaron's writing, as well as of the stellar talent from this wonderful cast.... full review

This was a series of sketches. Some could have been good—for example, Dorothy, the Scarecrow and the Tin Man being interrogated for murdering someone—but the language was horrific in almost every sketch. Plus, they started and ended over 15 minutes late. This is a real problem when you are trying to schedule multiple shows in a day. ... full review
