I really enjoyed the show itself. The actors were very talented and did a great job! However, I think it was completely disrespectful to allow late-comers in the door after the show had already begun. I was sitting on the end and it was very distracting, especially since they all crowded on the stairs next to me. It made me not enjoy my experience in the audience and I couldn't focus on the show as much as I'd have liked to. If people can't get there on time, that's their fault. Please don't allow it to ruin the experience for the rest of us. Thank you!... full review

I want to state up front that I'm partial to this play because it stars Daniel Dorr. That alone is enough to get me into any theatre. Having said that, I did really enjoy this play. It's uniquely funny in that you laugh at the main characters machinations while simultaneously feeling a great deal of pity for his very real suffering. There's a lot to be mined here in a relatively short time and the writer, director and actors do a fantastic job at getting to the gold. See the play and see Daniel Dorr while you can still sit this close to him. He is a very bright light. ... full review

A great show - very well written. Brilliant performances by all concerned - in particular the two leads, Daniel Dorr and Julie Bersani with wonderful supporting performances from Michael Harrison in the role of Concessionaire and Stephen Speigel as Antonio. Hats off to the cast 'audience members' who had the difficult task of staying absorbed and focused on the 'play' throughout the performance! Really excellent acting. Huge congratulations to the writer and director and all involved. ... full review

This had a great story with some remarkable performances. I liked how thebactors were fully committed to their characters. What I didn't like was the audience inability to save room for the late comers to sit in chairs and most of us had to sit on the very hard floor. The Italian guy was my favorite. ... full review

Great play, a must see. Full of comedy, and Stephen Spiegel as the Italian lover Tony, steals the show. Excellent cast & really good script! Hope this play wins an award.... full review

What a very clever show! Funny and yet poignant as we witnessed Pauls mental torment - and haven't we all been there! Excellent performances from all - I loved the dynamics between the two leads and Daniel Dorr was sensational but both Michael Harrison and Stephen Spiegel deserve a special mention for their superb supporting performances. I hope we see more of them in the future. Can highly recommend this play.... full review

Down in Front is by fare the best I've seen this year at the Fringe. Brilliantly written by Steve Weverly skillfully directed by Gabrieal Griego .There is so much talent in the room you can't have enough of it, Julie Bersani is impressive as Sandy ,Michael Harrison and Stephen Spiegel in suppoting roles are out standing. Daniel Dorr as Paul is impeccable he carried the evening with BRAVURA he is the new kid in town. This production is a winner. It's a must see. . ... full review

DOWN IN FRONT left me with sore cheeks, uplifted and wanting more! In small productions, it's rare that I leave the theatre with such admiration for the art and actors. DANIEL DORR is the cream of the crop! His energy and talent in this role was off the charts! An hour of pure energy is an athletic accomplishment in itself. I loved this show and I will tell my friends to catch it next weekend. Bravo!!!... full review
