Burnt at the Steak

Being a vegetarian, I was a little hesitant to attend the show seeing as the poster has steaks all over it, but I'm sure glad I did! Carolann Valentino delivers an amazing performance portraying several different characters and singing parodies of popular songs all about her time at a NY Steakhouse before tossing in the towel to pursue her passion as an entertainer. Carolann Valentino is a full, dynamic, original package of pure theatrical talent! This gal can do anything. She has a fabulous voice, perfect comedic timing, terrific acting ability and the heart to make you believe each and every character she creates on the stage. I loved all of her female and male characters but her Jersey gal was hysterical. What I want to know is where are the big suits from B'way and why haven't they given this woman a shot to bring her tremendous talent to their stage? "Burnt at the Steak" should definitely be on the stage of The Great White Way. The show is original, funny and has wonderful songs that compliment the story line from beginning to end.
