A brutally frank exploration of marriage which examines the poisonous effects of unrealistic expectations. Through a series of scenes which take place on or around a bed, we see a painfully intense unraveling of 2 marriages & eventually the start of a very fragile but authentic new beginning.

Most people are awful. Michael is already pretty sick of it, and he’s only six years old. In order to cope with the illogic of daily life, this precocious introvert constructs his own imaginary castle. Despite his attempts to ward off irritating peers, they somehow manage to get under his skin.

Mud, by Maria Irene Fornes, is a visual play depicting life's natural relationships in surreal situations. Mae, a woman striving for education, is trapped by her ex-lover’s and current lover’s desperate pleas for attention. Mud is a beautiful, tragic story of the misunderstandings of life and death.
