Urban Theatre Movement presents Urban Unrest: a series of original one act plays ranging from the absurd to the surreal, creatively tied together by fusing elements of spoken word, movement, and music. Urban Unrest features some of the founding voices of Urban Theatre Movement.

These heartfelt, and often funny, performances offer a window into the journey to find self-love. From the struggle of coming out to self reflections in the psych ward. From growing up fast in a one-parent family to talking to your uncooperative genitalia. There is a little something for everyone.
