"The Physicists" is an absurd comedy about dark political matters. It takes place in an insane asylum where two patients strongly believe that they are the physicists Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein while a third patient believes that he is speaking to King Solomon.

In an abandoned Wild West town, well after the Gold Rush, an old man is taken care of every day by his faithful companion. Into their midst comes a female force-of-nature who will by day's end change both of their lives forever.
