Los Angeles CA May 21, 2019., Silver Bullet, written and directed by Jesse Feldberg, is a film
noir inspired drama in which an upper class business woman must control the investigation into
the death of her best friend’s husband while the detective must use his charm and intellect to
uncover the truth, navigate class politics, and avoid the wailing siren of the femme fatale.
SILVER BULLET opens as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival on June 8th running through
June 28th at Underground Annex – 1308 N Wilton Place San, Los Angeles CA 90028.

The friend has to deal with the shock of her dead husband while the detective’s supervisor must
mentor her protege. But things are not always as they appear.

Mark Pillar, Eden Rubinpour, and Raul Tapia.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTION TEAM
Jesse Feldberg (Writer and Director) is based in Long Beach, CA. A veteran of the US Coast
Guard, he is a native New Yorker who has recently completed a certificate in Entertainment
Studies from UCLA Extension. He is a producing short content and also a professional
production sound mixer and boom operator. Besides working on this play for the Hollywood
Fringe Festival is developing a web series based on his recent dating experiences. His previous

short film “Late to the Party” a satire on gun violence and “4th & Olive,” a short documentary
about a disabled veterans restauranteur, were both nominated in their categories at the Long
Beach Indie International Film Festival.
This will be the premiere of his first play where he wore many hats as Lighting Designer, Set
Decorator and Sound Designer.

ABOUT THE ACTORS
Katharine Kimball (Lila Caine) is a Los Angeles based actress, making her Hollywood Fringe
Festival debut. She was last seen in a staged reading of “Rattlesnake Stativarius” for the Blank
Theatre’s Livingroom Series, and as Louise in Theatre 40’s production of “Double Door”. She is
currently studying at Studio 105 in Long Beach under the tutelage of Steven Nelson.

Taylor Mack (Captain Beverley McKennon) makes her theatre debut for “Silver Bullet” after
focusing on on-camera acting and performing improv comedy for the past 3 years. For a decade
she worked tirelessly behind-the-scenes producing and managing shows in the United States
and overseas as well as touring the globe with many top musical artists. Her passion for singing
and playing guitar landed her a national commercial with Guitar Center in 2018.

Mark Piller (Detective Mathieu North) a Switzerland native who began his acting career at an
early age in a local theater in Switzerland where he played Mister Grimwig from Oliver Twist.
After graduating from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelor in Theatre Arts: Performance he has
set his sights on professional acting opportunities and has appeared in several independent
short films. His next project and first feature film, “Hollywood Holiday”, is scheduled to begin
filming this December.

Eden Rubinpour (Angelina Mulroney) is an Israeli actress based in LA. Eden received her BFA
in Dramatic Arts from The New School for Drama in NYC. Recent credits include: Scoop (Off
Broadway), I'm Just Loving It (Off Broadway), The Winter's Tale and Jake's Women. She's
excited to play the part of Angelina in the production of Silver Bullet with this lovely cast and
crew.

Raul Tapia (Sgt Michael Mulroney & Waiter) is an actor and social media specialist based in
Long Beach, CA. Has studied acting through improv based-training at Studio 105 in Long Beach
and Groundlings. In his spare time he enjoys working out at Crossfit in Belmont Heights, and
watching Dodgers games. You can find hm onstage performing in Cruz Cntrl, a Long Beach-
based improv troupe.
