Co-Presented with RespectAbility. When we think of diversity in the arts, do we consider the 1-in-5 people who live with a disability? Due to a lack of accessibility and stigma, artists with disabilities rarely get to take the stage to tell their own stories. This event will feature a conversation with industry leaders about writing for disabled voices.
RespectAbility is a nonprofit nonpartisan organization that fights stigmas and advances opportunities so people with disabilities can fully participate in all aspects of community. Join us at respectability.org.
This Creative Workshop session is PWYC with a suggested ticket price of $10. All donations for workshops hosted by partner organizations will go directly to those organizations.
