A beautiful 99-seat theatre in the heart of Hollywood. Maintained by Theatre of Arts, this lovely venue is back in the Fringe after serving as Fringe Central in 2010. Amenities includes a huge welcoming lobby, quiet courtyard, lots of validated parking and 2 large dressing rooms. All producers in this venue will receive ample tech time as well as a fully teched dress rehearsal with all Fringe packages.
