Raymond Parker
Originally from Oklahoma City, I am an actor, writer and filmmaker. Since moving to LA, I have performed in multiple plays, improv groups and independent films. For the past 8 years I have been writing, producing, directing and starring in my own short films-one of which is currently making the festival rounds. “Last Shuttle To The Moon” was the second short that I wrote and shot. Since the story involves one location and two characters, I decided to see how it would translate to the stage. Although it is ostensibly a comedy-drama, it deals with a man’s place in these exciting times of gender equality. Whether it be through my preferred medium of film, or a one act stage play, I enjoy spotlighting the folly of Life nd the absurdity that brings us all together.
