Emily Barrow
Emily is preparing to graduate with her B.A. in Theatre Arts Technology and Design from CSU, San Bernardino. She has studied and worked in several aspects of production, starting as a costumer and eventually delving into design, management and now directing. Main stage shows at CSUSB include: How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Alicia in Wonder Tierra, and Mother Courage and Her Children and The Tempest. Off-Campus productions include: The Little Mermaid and Shrek the Musical. Emily authored the CSUSB Department of Theatre Art’s “Handbook for Stage Managers: Making the Right Call”, a resource for aspiring stage managers. She collaborated with her student peers to create an outlet for student productions – The Other Theatre Project -and is currently co-artistic director for its debut season. With colleagues Ray Jones and Savanha Moore, Emily also founded and is currently working with Entity Theatrical Company. Her next show in line, set to run in January 2018, is Jean Genet’s Deathwatch.
