Paul could teach a class - not just on acting - which he is a master of characters, emotions, masks and layers... but also on self worth and identity, the deconstruction of archetypal heroes and paradigms, Asian American studies, and what it means to be Asian. He could teach a class and his students would be as riveted as his Audience was. He is proof that Asians can play any role - because he plays every part - hero, villain, heartthrob, father, son - for us. His script was dissertation-level-de... full review

HOUSE OF ME

This show does not disappoint, it's deeply philosophical, psychological, insightful. Christian is a powerhouse of talent and I wish I could see a two hour version of this show. Funny, delightful, dark and deliberate, this man has something to say and is completely unapologetic about it! Go see House of Me!!!... full review

The Magic School Bus: A Traumedy

Wow! I was intimidated at first going to see this show because I'm not well versed in Shakespeare (which is lame for a writer) but I just never had patience with it. Terra has changed my mind. Her love affair with Willy made me a little jealous, in a good way! Terra is truly captivating on stage, she is witty, beautiful and hilarious. This show is so much fun and a must-see for all! ... full review

Thought provoking, simple, and poignant. This piece is deeply philosophical without trying to be, it knows exactly what it is, who it's talking to, and is 100% unapologetic about it. Give me more!!!... full review

From Como to Homo

EVERYONE MUST SEE THIS SHOW. Lynne and Billy are a dynamo, and will win you over with their wit, charm, and sick body movements. I've never seen a solo show like this. Lynne uses every muscle in her body to tell this story and elevates the craft. I could watch another two hours, easy. You will fall in love.... full review
