Ilea Matthews

pronounced eye-lee-ah) is a Stand Up Comic, Actress and Writer. Not only has she performed at famous clubs like the Laugh Factory and the Comedy Store she also produces her own Comedy show called Supergirlz and Guy Comedy Night. She is also the star of the Internationally Popular Web-Series Kiss Her I’m Famous. The second season of the series was such a hit, it landed Ms. Matthews on the cover of Curve Magazine. She also stars in the series The Newer Girl. You may have seen her on shows such as Grey’s Anatomy and Major Crimes. In May you can catch her on Louis C.K.’s new show Better Things which will be premiering on FX in May. Among her many film credits, Ms. Matthews appeared in the film The Violent Kind, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2010, where Image Entertainment bought the distribution rights. Ashley, a film that Ilea had a supporting role in, had a theatrical release nation wide. Currently she is producing Revealing Nothing, a feature film she wrote and is set to star in. To date Ms. Matthews work has been seen across the world.
