Just a pure delight. Missy is more "fabulous" than "awkward" as a personality, although she honestly recounts awkward moments and surprising personal disappointments in this fun, upbeat autobiographical show. Since she oozes charm, she could take this show anywhere and entertain any demographic. For real....

Wow. Such a darkly compelling performance by Rebecca Lincoln in this stark, spooky piece. The titular Anna, a sad and haunted woman, is played to perfection by Ms. Lincoln. Her performance is well paired with the absolutely stunning sound design by Mark McClain Wilson. In fact, the soundscape is so dense and responsive, it's arguably the other "character" in this solo show. A tightly crafted production, directed by the skilled Amanda Weier. Well done....

Such a well-written piece by a very engaging and soulful performer. It sounds twisted to say, but I thoroughly enjoyed the stroll through Megan's messed up childhood. I also enjoyed the Lorna Doones. Thanks for all of it!...

This real-life fairy tale celebrates all of the very worst humiliations a suburban dystopia has to offer a young anti-heroine. With clever direction by JJ Mayes and well-balanced performances across the entire ensemble, Jaime Andrews as the cute but committable Cookie leads a rag tag cast of high octane utility players through the maze of school reputation angst, drug-fueled "decision" making, and almost relationships with so-called friends. It was hysterically painful and laughably bleak and I l...

Absolutely heartbreaking. Any story about Berlin in the 1930s must be heartbreaking - one goes in assuming it can't end well. Yet we immediately root for these sisters anyway, as completely charming and deserving and maybe just clever enough to survive the brutal intolerance of the Nazi regime. This is a fascinating historical piece, with stunningly strong performances by Emily and Elizabeth Hinkler. Well done....
