From the moment she greets her audience, Laura's authenticity is palpable. Her approach to storytelling is honest, insightful, and very funny - making the difficult topics of aging, dying, and death, a journey you will be glad you took. Abby is an amazing performer, really unlike anyone else at Fringe. Her spontaneity is unparalleled - I always tell people when I describe her shows: if you look in the dictionary under "improvisational" you will see her picture. Her material resonates on many levels. It's delightfully irreverent, politically incorrect,(what a relief!) and highly entertaining. What a fantastic hour of Fringe brilliance! Bella is a delight and her show Nell Gwynne is a textbook example of the "highs" of what Fringe can be! The show is beautifully scripted, structured, and staged - I noticed Bella has written some publications - she could certainly add: "How to write, stage and perform a one person show" to her list of accomplishments.
