Josh Hillinger

Josh has been performing with Color and Light Theatre Ensemble since August 2012, including the roles of Meowth in 2013’s Best of Fringe show "The Pokemusical’ and Ivan in 2014’s Best of Fringe show “Giraffenstein.”

He is a big “Fringer,” makes a point to see many shows (40+ in 2014 and set for 30+ in 2015), and can often be found at Fringe Central Station.

Josh earned his BA in Theatre from San Francisco State University. He performed in Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding for two years before moving to LA. He is a company member with Color & Light Theatre Ensemble, DOMA, and Wet The Hippo.

He worked for four years with San Francisco Sketchfest and was the Production Manager for Point Break Live. He assistant directed Nicholas Nickleby, The Laramie Project, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, The Diviners, and two productions of Urinetown. He taught improv and movement at Culver City High School.
