This is one of those Fringe gems. Hilarious script, super tight cast in a cozy theatre. This team really nailed it and I was laughing so hard, I wish the show was longer! That never happens in Fringe! It had some great little surprises too. Don’t miss this. Cast, HUGE talent. Really great, really nice. Funny, funny people. ... full review

KEEPING UP WITH THE PROZOROVS

What a FAB fusion of Chekhov's "Three Sisters" meets "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." I was thoroughly impressed by the clever, timely parallels as well as supreme performances from the entire cast. This is a very strong production, especially for Fringe. I really hope it continues on after this run because it deserves a bigger audience. But do catch it while you can!... full review

Narcissus & Echo

This show was a riot. An original musical rooted in environmental issues, inspired by an outside the box take on the pressing tale from Greek mythology. Potentially a nod to the music and style of "HAIR," each of the performers channel explosive energy in each of their roles, delivering a powerful message through a very unique approach. This show is the perfect balance of music and comedy that could definitely be developed into a higher production quality show in the near future. But, see it whil... full review

This is an awesome production with strong performances by all! I loved the modern take on Chekhov's "Ivanov" and found the contemporary parallels gripping. Very funny and the culture clash present in the plot is fascinating on a number of levels. Even though this show is a bit off the beaten path of Fringe venues on Theatre Row, you do not want to miss this one! More extensive reflection on the show will soon be posted on latheatrenerd.com... full review

Smile, Baby

Like whoa. So glad this group of hilarious, talented women created an exceptionally entertaining show on this topic. I was nearly crying with laughter at some moments (probably because some of the sketches hit so close to home with issues women face in public pretty much daily) and cringing at others (because I was moved). Nice variety of sketches tacking different moments of discomfort in a woman's day to day life. It's clear that everyone in this show has put their hearts and soul into it and r... full review

MAX & ELSA: NO MUSIC. NO CHILDREN.

This might be the best fringe show I have ever seen. It may have something to do with how much I LOVE "The Sound of Music," but apart from that, everything about this show is top notch. The script is incredibly clever (that's an understatement), weaving the fun and crazy friendship of Max Detweiler and the Baroness Eberfeld with historical moments of the iconic film. Also, it's hilarious, truly. When I heard about the show, I wasn't sure whether the humor would be modern jokes in a historical con... full review

What a beautiful, moving production featuring some pretty amazing performers and artists. If you're looking for a very fresh take on a timeless story this festival season, do not miss this production. Using their hearts and souls, the ensemble brings us to a different kind of Verona than we're familiar with. The melding of ASL with spoken dialogue in the production is perfection. Don't miss this one. Just gorgeous.... full review

Wow. What a ride. As an audience we're almost out of breath for these two brave young women that zip from character to character to abridge this timeless love story, with fresh comedy and a lot of spunk. Really, the number of characters they take on is incredible and the speed at which they convincingly comment on the story is impressive. Be sure to catch this one. It's short and sweet and definitely to the point. You will not be able to stop laughing. ... full review
