Rebecca Honett

Rebecca Honett is a spirited and multifaceted actor, singer, comedian and producer. A relentlessly quirky redhead with a flair for physical comedy, Rebecca’s training spans from Upright Citizen’s Brigade and Groundlings to the Ivana Chubbuck Studio and The American Mime Theatre, where she also performed as a company member. A soprano, Rebecca earned her master of music degree in historical performance from Longy School of Music.

This year’s performances of “The Dogs Of War,” which Rebecca is also producing, marks her fourth Hollywood Fringe Festival tour, previously performing in “Tomahawk” and “The Singing School” and appearing in the short “Tute Voller Kinder.”

Rebecca currently stars in the sketch comedy/variety show “Starving in Hollywood” and can can be seen as the peace-loving Summer Blossom in the comedic festival short “Taking the Lead.” The dramatic short “Power Walk”, directed by Rocco Guarino, starring Rebecca, was selected for official screening at the Gothenburg Independent Film Festival, and nominated in two categories, Best Short Film and Best Short Film Director.

Rebecca and her husband producer/composer Christopher Jon Honett co-own and operate Shameless Redhead Productions, which specializes in the adventurous. Chris and Rebecca live in Hollywood, CA with their two exceptional dogs, Ozwald and Raddish Bean.
