Hilda Margarita Perez is an actress and performer born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Her pursuit of acting and writing is motivated by her experiences found within the intersections of the 1st generation Mexican-American experience. She has been training in acting and improv with the No Fronts Acting Workshop for a year and a half, and had the great opportunity last winter to play Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet: Rolling Through East LA, an adaptation of the iconic Shakespeare play written by Alex Alpharaoh.
When shes not working on her craft, she is working as a paralegal, playing hoop, cracking jokes and spending quality time with her 80yr old father, and her sweet nephews. A proud Chicana, and lover of the arts and community- she hopes you enjoy this play, and her portrayal of Mother Teresa, alongside her very talented and hard working peers, coaches and mentors.
