Smile, Baby

Absolutely loved Smile, Baby! The opening monologue was so good it hit a little too close to home :-) and I loved the made up boyfriend, Brick. Great job, I talked about the show at Fringe Central to everyone. ... full review

Cookie & The Monster

Great time at this show. The monster was great. I wish the monsters had interacted more, but other than that, it was a wild ride witnessing the demon inside! Will recommend to friends. ... full review

Harold & Stella: Love Letters

bridgette campbell · June 18, 2014 certified reviewer
Harold and Stella was a lovely trip to theatre's golden age! Listening to the very personal letters between Stella Adler and Harold Clurman gave me a wonderful feeling of camaraderie with the two artists. Stella & Harold opened a window to their most intimate hopes and fears, defeats and victories in a way that made me feel connected to these two people who I have always admired. In a way, I feel I got to meet two of my heroes.... full review

REBORNING by Zayd Dohrn

Reborning is one of those perfect Fringe shows, funny, dark and then takes a weird turn at the end. The acting is effortless and fearless. The dolls onstage are worth the ticket price alone. The story is one we can all relate too, trying to discover who we are as adults while grappling with the sins of the past, our own and our parents! ... full review

Beau & Aero

Beau & Aero is charming, delightful and beautiful! The clowning and physical comedy are first rate, with truthful humor and daring acrobatics. But the best surprise is what good actors these two clowns are. At one point during a particularly touching mourning scene, I thought to myself, I could have been watching Tennessee williams. I loved the show and I've been recommending it to everyone I see. ... full review

Rapture

What a delightful show! We rode away (on our bikes) smiling and absolutely pleased with Rapture! The lyrics were thoughtful and funny. Al Rhan as the preacher made wonderful connections with the audience. It brought me back to church and then made me remember why I left ;-). Perfect Fringe show. You will be surprised and thoroughly entertained. ... full review

Disassembly

Disassembly was a riot! Funny and dark with wonderful twists. And all the acting was top notch, but I would expect nothing less from Theatre of NOTE, they always please. The direction was clean and all the actors committed to the truth at heart of the show, commitment will kill you :-)). I highly recommend Disassembly!... full review

Love Is.

bridgette campbell · June 08, 2014 uncertified reviewer
Love is... captured just that. Love's joys and heartbreaks, turmoil and ecstasy. I don't want to give too much away, so I'll say the "third scene' was gut-wrenchingly honest. The two actors raw onstage and as emotionally bare as two people can be. It felt very real. Lovely show.... full review
