Marlena McHenry (she/her)

Marlena is a San Francisco Bay Area-based theatre artist with a passion for collaborative creation. She is currently rehearsing a solo show that follows her drag character through an exploration of grief and the ways we avoid it. This is her first year participating in HFF, and her first full-length solo show.
Marlena attended Western Washington University, and has a BA in Theatre Arts as well as a minor in Accounting. Some of her favorite past projects include Smooth, Smooth Jazz (Mariah), The Ballad of Ginger Goodwin (Anna Petroni), Winnie The Pooh (Rabbit), and Triceratops Love Song (Ellie).
