Ana Karina Cano

ANA KARINA CANO is an actress, dancer and producer originally from Chihuahua, Mexico. 

 

Ana won the Hollywood Fringe scholarship  and will be coproducing and staring in a new children’s musical “Baby Rock” that will make it’s first run in Los Angeles and then go international at the Edinburgh Fringe 2024.

 

Ana has a B.A. in Business administration with a minor in marketing and media production and have always interspersed her studies with her artistic life. She also studied producing and scriptwriting in UC3M in Madrid Spain, and filmmaking in VFS Vancouver Film School. 

 

She started her training in theater at a very early age and been fortunate enough to train in a lot of different parts of the world, enriching her education with a multicultural view. Ana trained for a year in classical theater in Mountaban, France. Recently, she spent a couple of months in New York studying the Meisner technique at The actors’ Studio as well as acting for film workshops at T. Schreiber and HB Studio. 

 

Ana currently lives in Los Angeles where she has been training and working on short films  such as “Dreamers” “Homecoming” “The sound of silence” “The Telepromter” and others, some of them had already their festival run and won multiples awards.
