Laney Fichera

Laney Fichera is an actress/writer/producer and has has appeared in Palo Alto Stories, Never Met Picasso, Psychic Murders, Drain Baby, The Bag Lady Diaries, The Practice, Days Of Our Lives and Code Red. She has performed at Vienna’s Volkstheater in The Three Sisters. Laney has worked has worked as a host, correspondent and producer at CBS, Warner Bros. Extra, TV Guide Network, and E! Entertainment News. Also in radio as a morning show co-host, news anchor, writer, producer and entertainment reporter. She even did a stint as a helicopter reporter . As a comic Laney performs regularly at the The Comedy Store, The Improv and The Ha Ha Cafe’ in Los Angeles. Her personal expertise on several topics has allowed her to address live audiences as a motivational speaker. Topics include managing breast cancer with grace and a sense of humor, codependency and grieving the loss of a loved one. She has spoken on behalf of The American Cancer Society, and to medical students at USC and UCLA for OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center. Laney holds a Master’s Degree from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
