Kincaid Walker

An Iowa native, Kincaid is the creator, writer and lead actress of the award-winning digital comedy series HUG IT OUT (www.hugitouttheseries.com). She was named “Best Emerging Female Creator” by Bustle Digital Group in 2018. HUG IT OUT also received awards for “best digital series” from film festivals including SeriesFest, L.A. Comedy Film Festival, Knoxville Film Festival, Imagine This Women’s International Film Festival in Brooklyn, NY, Austin Film Festival, Portland Comedy Film Festival, Atlanta Film Festival, Chicago Independent Film Festival, Pilot Light TV Festival in Manchester, England and a special commendation award from the London Comedy Film Festival; and Kincaid was brought to 2018 IFP Week in New York for an industry presentation as a “series creator to watch”.

A magna cum laude, Northwestern University theatre graduate, Kincaid is currently recurring in the ABC comedy TV series, SPEECHLESS as “Hillary” opposite Minnie Driver and John Ross Bowie. She appeared opposite Rosario Dawson in the Warner Brothers feature film thriller UNFORGETTABLE, and as a series regular on the award-winning comedy series DINKS (dual-income, no kids) as “Bridget”. In addition to guest-starring and recurring roles on shows like PARKS AND RECREATION, MY NAME IS EARL, LIFE, MONK and CASTLE, Kincaid has appeared in dozens of national commercials, including spots directed by Ron Howard, Bob Odenkirk, Tom Kuntz and Phil Morrison.

On-stage, in addition to performing improv at UCB, Kincaid was seen in the comedy CARNAL DESIRE around Los Angeles, at the San Francisco Sketchfest and in the 2016 Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. She will be seen in the upcoming feature NEXT DOOR in late 2019.

As a writer, Kincaid was honored by Cinéquest and Austin Film Festival for her comedy teleplay CLOUDLAND and her one-hour sci-fi drama UNDERNEATH.

Kincaid is excited to be a part of Hollywood Fringe 2019 with the world premiere of Ellen Buckley’s comedy THE NARCISSIST NEXT DOOR.
