Liana Mesaikou
Liana Mesaikou is an LA-based Greek actress, writer & comedian. She has directed and acted in a number of theater productions in Athens and London, and she has performed in various sketch and improv (short & long-form) shows in Greece, the UK and the US. She earned her Master’s in Text & Performance Studies at King’s College London & RADA, and has studied comedy at The Groundlings, Second City and iO West. She recently completed her MFA in Screenwriting at UC Riverside where she was the director of “Improvology”. She’s a member of the all-female Got Sketch Comedy (Gals Over There). Her professional goals are to act in her own sit-com, work with Tina Fey, and invent a chocolate that helps you burn calories! “Fifty Shades of Melania” is her first one-woman show.
