Actor, Writer
Shannon is an Air Force veteran, writer, director, and actor most recently seen on SEAL TEAM, THE ROOKIE, and a Duplass Brothers’ upcoming feature film THE KNIFE. She has performed at The Geffen Playhouse and The Kennedy Center as a writer, actor, dancer, and singer. In the fall of 2022, she also appeared in 14/48 HOLLYWOOD at The Broadwater Main Stage in Los Angeles. Shannon was a 2023 Disney TV Writing Fellowship Finalist and her screenplays have placed in the Top 10% at Slamdance as well as in the Semi-Finals for Screencraft and Adam Driver’s Arts in the Armed Forces Bridge Award for Screenwriting. Shannon served as an Intelligence Officer after 9/11, providing intel support to A-10 pilots in South Korea and analyzing cyber threats at the National Security Agency.
