Recognizing excellence in live staged horror themed entertainment.
Qualifications
The show most feature a “scare factor” or an element of the supernatural or paranormal (ghosts, monsters, etc.) that contemporary pop culture would categorize as being part of the horror genre.
Methodology
If possible, all qualifying shows would include a voting category called “scare factor” or similar; winner will be determined by highest average score.
Alternatively, Creepy LA (me) would survey several reviewers familiar with the horror genre attending Fringe shows (My Haunt Life, No Proscenium, etc) and survey them to determine the most deliberately frightening show.
