Description

Larry Cornwall was a musician who played the role of Alice Cooper in the tribute band Alice in Cooperland, as well as performing in several other tribute bands. He was the consummate performer, breathing life into each character he portrayed. Larry passed away from brain cancer in March 2017, and we want to honor his memory with an award dedicated to musical excellence in shows performed at the Hollywood Fringe Festival.

Qualifications

This award is for the best use of music in a non-musical show. The show can be about music or an artist, but it can not be primarily a musical production.

Methodology

The award will be given to the show which best incorporates music, whether it is during pre-show or within the context of the show.

Reward

The winner will receive a plaque and will also be featured in an article on Indie Voice Blog as well as any other appropriate publications.
