What I liked

What didn’t I like?? This show starts before you even realize it’s starting, and without spoiling anything, I will say it throws plenty of curve ball at you without ever losing track of what exactly it’s all about. Probably my favorite moment of the whole show is near the beginning, when the director character (blanking on her name right now, sorry) realizes that she should go home, but then almost instantly, also realizes that she has no one to go home to, and decides to spend her last few precious moments on Earth with an audience full of strangers. Awwwwwwwww…

What I didn't like

The time!!!! This show needs to be longer! The end of the world should be coming in two hours, NOT 54 minutes. Please consider doing a longer version of this show. (please, please, please).

My overall impression

I attended the final performance of this show last night. It may seem strange to do a review for a show after it has wrapped up production, but I wanted to share my thoughts. This show was absolutely AH-MAY-ZING!!! It was an emotional roller coaster ride in the best possible way, and it had me going right along from start to finish. Working at a middle school for my day job, I could completely understand and empathize with all of the frustrations and rewards that come with working with pre-teens. The raw emotion and heart come through here beautifully. The facial expressions and body language portray volumes without ever needing to say a word, although the script itself is spot on. The central concept of this show is nothing short of genius, and I was loving every minute of it. If they ever do bring this show back, I would highly recommend it. Five stars, ten out of ten!!
