My overall impression

Last night I saw the world premiere of an original piece, “Feeding Time”, by M. Nasorri Pavone. Sadly, it runs only through June 24th. But find the time to see it. Well worth the watch. The writing is both funny and poignant, addressing the lives of people we may never think about in our day to day living, and splendidly portrayed by its two actors. At the end of the play I left thinking not only about the show, but about the people it reflects: those who live in RVs, just one step away from being homeless. It’s one thing to be entertained — and this play does just that — but more importantly, following that truism, “Art imitating life,” this play makes you think and feel. L.A. has a reputation for being known only as a city of film, whereas New York is the place for theatre. This is not true, and “Feeding Time” only supports by assertion that there is great theatre to be found in L.A. if you look for it. Well, I found it, and I’m sharing it with you. Go see this play. Like a live show should do, it will breathe life into you. — L
