Let’s Write a Musical

What I liked

The staging and story was great, and the actors were really good as well as the songs and choreography. LOVED the arrival of the 100 year old man and the actor was brilliant!

What I didn't like

The actor who played Gus was maybe a little too much playing it up and being cheesy to get the laughs but most of the time it was entertaining. The couple writing the musical had a stilted dialogue, just didn’t feel it.

My overall impression

If you want to laugh and cry and tap your feet and hum along to songs you’ve never heard before but instantly love, don’t miss this show! I was completely swept up in the beautiful story and loved how sweet and simple and funny and smart it was.
