I started life as a comedienne. I then took a 7 year sabbatical to become a yoga teacher and figure out why we humans can get so disconnected from trust, joy, and love. I was on the receiving end of so many abusive relationships and #metoo moments. This artistic production weaves stand up comedy throughout the storytelling of a woman’s journey into respect, health, and acceptance. The themes are the female body, female empowerment, healthy boundaries, the cuteness of children, and relationships.
