The product of five years development in the Eavesdropper Project, the newly completed, neverbefore seen Eavesdropper 2012 script is being unveiled at the Fringe Festival. Co-writer Andy Libby directs this modern tragi-comedy inspired by the works of Shakespeare and Wedekind (Spring Awakening, Pandora’s Box). When a gangbanger crashes a college New Year’s Eve party and hides behind the shower to dodge the cops, wackiness ensues. Adult language, themes and situations, violence. Simulated substance abuse. No nudity. A bleeding slice of young life, sexual ambiguity and miscommunication set on the Eve of the End of the World.
