I particularly loved that the throughline for her story was rooted in leaving home, but also coming back to it by her connection to her mom. It was a nice device to have a few missed communications and ultimately a coming-together that felt real and like the completion of one story and the start of a new one.

My overall impression
I enjoyed getting to see the journey of CC Sheffield through the eyes of so many characters, some of which I had a lot of familiarity with. The agent character spoke words I heard far too many times and seeing Harvey Weinstein through her lens gave me a fresh perspective on the stories behind some of the latest headlines.
