10 years after leaving everything behind and moving to Miami from Venezuela, the Villavicencio family is well established as the main supplier of the most missed item in every Venezuelan immigrant family: white cheese. This product is illegal in every country but theirs, given the lack of pasteurization process that’s usually required for dairy products. The Villavicencios saw that as a gap in the market. The only problem is that a treacherous neighbor called the FDA and now they’re under a rigorous investigation.
