What I liked
The entire 30 minutes had me involved and attentive, the wrestling scene was hilarious, while the sad and emotional pasts of both Jake and his angel touched my soul. The creativity of both actors was so very impressive and grasped my attention immediately from the start. The angel had such a convincing and heartfelt, yet real and raw persona, pulling you in with his pain and torment. While Jake displayed his broken and desperate need for attention in such a stunning manner. I truly loved every single minute of this amazing play.
What I didn't like
Really nothing needed improving, the length was perfect, the actors were absolutely without a doubt amazing, and the story itself was a creative masterpiece.
My overall impression
This really touched my heart and soul. Jake and the Angel was phenomenal and amazing! The creativity and depth in each character overflowed throughout each scene. The intensity equalized each comedic line in a satirical yet tasteful way. This edgy piece was exactly what the world needs right now! Kudos to the absolutely stunning and brilliant cast, for enveloping my heart and soul with each moment. I was on the end of my seat after every line, and captured by the magnificent performers.
