What I liked
Shannon’s monologues and beautiful singing will have you tearing up whilst laughing. She is an excellent performer and takes you on this journey with warmth, heart and a ton of strength (you get a glimpse into how hard she’s had to fight all her son’s life) The video segments are well done & Shannon’s a great impressionist!
What I didn't like
Although the vides were funny, I’d have liked even more time with Shannon on stage performing – I couldn’t get enough of her!
My overall impression
A beautifully performed, heartbreaking yet heartwarming insight into the life of an “Autism Mom”, a subject I knew very little about. I had no idea of the extent of the struggles they face, and this show really shone a light on these.
