What I liked
I liked how versatile the set pieces, props and costumes were. I thought the script was great and felt that every character was so clearly defined that I couldn’t wait to meet more/see the characters again when they came back.
What I didn't like
The only thing that pops into my mind is a personal curiosity in the last moment- I wonder if Ms. Pool would have tried to stop him.
My overall impression
A true actor’s show and a joy from start to finish. It’s impressive and really enjoyable to watch these two tackle this big story with so much heart. Burt and Anna create memorable and honest characters and the use of their smart, simple, and effective set helps immerse you into the world they’ve created even more. If you love theatre and watching actors do the thing they do best, you’ll leave feeling inspired too!
