What I liked
The writing is on point. Clever, inspired, smart and not afraid to go lowbrow when it best serves the story. All delivered masterfully by an impeccably chosen and talented cast. Deftly paced without feeling rushed and minimal staging used to great affect.
What I didn't like
I felt some of the actors voices were getting lost under the backing tracks for the musical numbers.
My overall impression
If you like Frankenstein, go. If you like Jane Austen, go. If you like talented actors operating at the top of their game with top notch material, go.
