What I liked

The use of masks is breath-taking, the use of sound & drumming transports you to another dimension. This is a finely-crafted moving sculpture.

What I didn't like

Honestly, I don’t know. They utilized the space beautifully. My only issue was that so much is packed into 80 minutes that I could barely absorb it all.

My overall impression

Well-crafted, brilliantly staged, elegantly performed, gorgeously designed adaptation of the classic, Hercules Furens. I absolutely LOVED this play. It was late (and maybe, MAYBE I’d had a few drinks) and I was worried the density of the language would wear my brain out, but I was utterly swept away by this majestic piece of art.
