The writing was sharp, funny, thoughtful, and not over the top. The acting was capable, consistent, and organic. It had the benefits of fresh improv, with the foundation of practice and good acting craft. In particular, the paired actors had great rapport, and the waiter character tied everything together well.
What I didn't like
Some of the blocking could be improved, given the small stage size. The lighting also lingered in the wrong spot in a few instances, or moved on too quickly.
My overall impression
The play was overall very enjoyable. I loved the theme, and felt the script and actors offered fun and interesting insights into the dating world. I was impressed and had a great time.
