The script is quippy, it’s characters bold, and depicts this luxury-saturated family as they are: caricatures of human beings… yet with a subtle vulnerability that makes them cripplingly human, and susceptible to heartbreak, disillusion, addiction, passion, grief, anger, and cleverly concealed pain. The cast was exceptional, the chemistry between the ensemble was perfect, as were some of the interesting visual choices the director made.

My overall impression
An intriguing concept to begin with, merging a pop-culture infused reality television show (and the true lives of its stars) with classic Chekhov. Some might be skeptical of merging the two concepts, but it is as successful as the unlikely pairing of sea salt and caramel: nuanced and delicious.
