The writing! Ease of scene changes! So much to like about this show.
What I didn't like
I felt the pacing was a little slow in the last 15 minutes of the show, but I think that was just because I was at the preview (previews are hard!) It most definitely did not remove me from the performance.
My overall impression
I love when writers take on a subset of pop culture and explore the deeper human need behind it. And what is particularly fun and different about this show is that Lucy Gillespie ties it in with Chekhov’s three sisters. The writing is witty and well paced, the performances funny and grounded, and the direction was spot on. Go see it!
