What I liked
Like Sam Shepard’s best work, ‘Wounded’ is unpredictable and suspenseful; you just don’t know what choice each character is going to choose next to survive the relationships on stage. Each character is both powerful and helpless in their own way.
What I didn't like
Wish it could run longer!
My overall impression
This show is extremely well written and the playwright’s words are performed with intense honesty by the excellent cast. ‘Wounded’ is reminiscent of Sam Shepard’s work on how the ‘wounded’ of our society struggle within themselves and with each other to create a day to day existence.
